Our volumetric concrete batch trucks mix concrete on-site providing you with exactly the amount of concrete needed every time. We can supply pump-mix or regular mix concrete with strengths ranging from flowable fill to 5000 psi. Our trucks also have a fiber chopper for extra reinforcement and a metered color hopper that produces consistent color delivery.
Our versatile trucks can haul up to 10 yards of material and have over 40 pre-programmed mix designs. This will allow our customers to change mix designs at the job site to meet your various project needs. For commercial and submittal jobs we can offer these mix designs for approval to meet your architect or engineers specifications. With our in-the-cab ticket printer, you can compare the weights and volumes of materials with your engineered approved mix design.
With conventional barrel trucks, we know that the mix design is right when it leaves the plant, however mix designs get compromised when they mix too long and water gets added in transit or at the job site. With our mix on-site trucks, this will not be a factor or concern.
